The Nokia N8 is loaded with great features Carlos Gonzalez Rockies Jersey , but on our review we found out that a lot could have been added to this phone.
Build Quality, Ergonomics, & In the Box
This Nokia N8 weighs 135 grams, with an elongated aluminum body. It feels solid in your hand and the buttons and ports look stylish.
It supports a 3.5 Inch screen with an inbuilt camera with a proximity sensor Wade Davis Youth Jersey , menu task manager and HDMI Port. It has a micro usb port on the left hand side. On the right side there is a volume rocker, a screen lock switch. It has chrome screws on both sides. This Nokia Phone has a phone without a user-replaceable battery.
This Nokia Phone supports a 12 MP Camera, with Xenon Flash that clicks nice pictures.
A camera lens would have added to the phone tremendously. The hardened glass lens can endure a lot. However there is a flaw in the design, the extruded design is slightly inclined and the speakers placed in the back give a slightly muffled sound.
The camera can’t be operated with one hand; the 3.5mm audio jack and charging socket are placed well. This is a good phone for music lovers with dedicated fm radio buttons.
There is a user manual Jon Gray Youth Jersey , Ovi Suite disk, data cable (USB), charger, male micro-HDMI to female HDMI adapter Jake McGee Youth Jersey , in-ear headphones, and, the USB-on-the-Go (male microUSB to female USB2.0) connector in the box.
Display & Touch The display is scratch-resistant with toughened Gorilla glass display. The removable screen is prone to smudges and the AMOLED display is excellent. This phone can be easily compared with the Samsung Galaxy S and Milestone XT720.
Using the phone is very comfortable and the keys give good response. The prediction and auto-completion features are not as good as HTC’s XT9 or Apple’s.
Interface
The Symbian^3 interface is excellent and has feels familiar. Symbian^3 is very similar with the S60 rel.5 operating system. We can compare the x6 and n8 models as both have the capacitate touchscreen. There is multi touch and you can easily switch screens with swiping or by pressing the responsive screen-switcher button.
There is a different wall paper with six user defined widgets. You can easily edit the screen; it has photo and image gallery menus.
There is no option to change the Option or Call buttons to anything else. We can access the task manager by pressing the menu button. The symbian layout is great.
You can easily view office documents with, PDFs can be read easily. There are onboard video and photo editors. An FM transmitter is present.
Social allows users to view sns sites. The all Activity feature allows you to keep track of your newsfeed and tweets. WebTV is another good feature. Ovi Maps 3.0 Chad Bettis Youth Jersey , and the GPS are good for frequent travelers. You can easily set up the Mail for Exchange synching.

Call
The call clarity is amazing without any complaints.

The Bluetooth 3.0 transfer speed and Wi-Fi is also great.
Interface
The lightweight Symbian^3 OS is very comfortable to use. The loading time of applications was minimal.
Video The video is 640x360 pixels resolution with 720p HD videos and 3D graphics HW accelerator is excellent. The video player can’t read video files larger than 2GB. Compared with the iPhone 3GS, Galaxy S, and Milestone the video playback quality is poor.
Verdict
It has some small usability issues and low resolution screen, the Nokia N8 is not as good as other smartphones available. The Nokia N8 is still worth buying. It is a well-built Nolan Arenado Youth Jersey , good looking and capable device with an excellent camera-phone. Pros
